  3. Build a property strategy to fulfil the client’s requirements
  4. If required, Analyse markets and determine the best purchasing area for the client
  5. Validate market value, activity and supply of suitable properties
  6. Identify, analyse and inspect chosen properties
  7. Conduct and manage all sales communication on behalf of the client
  8. Present all suitable properties to the client for review including a non-binding financial impact and forecast model and provide comparative market sales data
  9. Provide due diligence and specialist recommendations to the client concerning the proposed properties
  10. Develop and implement a negotiation strategy in conjunction with the client
  11. Register at auctions as directed by the client
  12. Bid on behalf of the client at an auction, up to an approved price communicated by the client
  13. Complete the negotiations on behalf of the buyer and secure the clients chosen property at the best possible price up to an approved price communicated by the client
  14. Support clients through the contract exchange process and liaise with the client’s conveyor as required
  15. Provide advice and guidance on all pre-settlement requirements
  16. Conduct a pre-settlement inspection of the property
  17. Provide after service support and a life long friendship

Auction Bidding Service

  1. Review and inspect the clients chosen property
  2. Identify the market value of the clients chosen property and provide comparative market sales data
